Kept is made by an indie, not a ticket queue. Email michael@oomny.nl and a real person — the developer — answers, usually within a day. If you’re mid-claim after a loss, say so in the subject line and you go to the front.

Restore your purchase

New phone, or reinstalled after a loss? Your unlock is tied to your Apple account, not to us:

  1. Sign in with the Apple account you purchased with.
  2. Open Kept → the unlock screen → Restore Purchases.

Family Sharing is enabled — household members share your unlock at no extra cost.

Restore your inventory

  1. Open Kept on the new device.
  2. Choose Restore from backup and pick your backup file (from Files, iCloud Drive, or wherever you kept it).
  3. Kept rebuilds rooms, items and photos, and shows you the counts.

Tip: run the Test My Backup drill after big documentation sessions — it takes a minute and proves the file restores while it’s easy to fix.
