Privacy policy

The short version

We collect nothing. Kept has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking and no servers of ours. Your inventory — photos, values, serial numbers — is exactly the kind of data that should never leave your hands, so it doesn’t.

What the app stores, and where

• Your inventory is stored on your iPhone, encrypted at rest.
• Backups are encrypted files you create and keep wherever you choose (Files, your own iCloud Drive, a USB stick). We never receive a copy.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive no name, address or payment details.
• App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected — and this policy is written to match it exactly.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no embedded third-party content. The web server keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, page) for operation and security, retained briefly and used for nothing else.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete — your records live on your device. If you believe we do hold something, or have any privacy question, contact us and we’ll respond promptly.
